Leadership Message

“Your generosity has positively impacted the educational experience of every child in our school district.”

"Through our strong partnership with LAEF, students in LASD receive a world-class education in our National Blue Ribbon and California Distinguished neighborhood schools. Thanks to donors like you, our excellent schools empower our Transitional Kindergarten through 8th-grade students to explore their interests and become lifelong learners, prepared for success in high school and beyond.”

What We Fund

LAEf Funded Programs

LAEF’s annual grant helped the Los Altos School District deliver a well-rounded learning experience for all TK-8 students by funding teachers and staff for STEM, Wellness, Literacy, and Arts in elementary school and junior high.

Funding priorities for the annual grant were based on feedback from the LAEF parent survey and through strategic discussions with LASD.

"LAEF is a vital lifeline that helps Los Altos School District become one of the best in California. We are so happy to invest every year to support our kids and community. We can't imagine a world-class elementary school education without the arts, music, library, computer science, STEM, and PE programs. Thank you, LAEF."
